Actually he has said that there would be about $38 Billion in illiquid assets coming back, and more than $70 Billion in CASH coming back. $24 Billion of that CASH was already supposed to be in our pockets by now according to his "prediction" made years ago. So, no, he has as of this minute, NEVER been right.
