WMCT-2001 is a Trust for the benefit of the assigned parties which is Shareholders of old WM commons. COOP is not a beneficiary of the WMCT-2001 Trust, but just the holder of the Trust for administrative purposes for the beneficiaries of the Trust, old released UQ's.

Same here; The REIT series TPS, Ps Ks are the beneficiaries of a different set of Trusts.

The Trusts are stand alone units and not part of APR in BK.
