I do not know about BOCX, but investor relations is usually not contained within a company which allows them to only have third party contact with investors. The conversation you related is about all that an Investor Relations representative could and should say about something that has not been publicly commented upon. Any exchange with Investor Relations would not be up to par with your own due diligence in most cases.

Jonathan Lebed apparently posts on Investors Hub.
He ends the post below with his standard disclosure..You can bet he was reading this board when he was emailing the alerts about BOCX..

Tigert: "I told her one reason I called was because my brokerage placed a resriction on internet buys on the stock. I could still sell just not buy over the net. If I wanted to buy I had to go through my broker. When I called the brokerage and asked why, they said because of suspicous trading activity last week."

I take it that the broker was either ameritrade, scottrade, or etrade. I was not aware that they even cared what you buy. Has anyone else had the same problem with other stocks beside BOCX?

The chart that was posted earlier clearly depicts the heavy trading during the past week and the peak sure indicated heavy selling as well. You can probably find the seller/sellers among the list of investors that had stock registered and tried to sell them last year when it was withdrawn. I doubt if many on that list would be "insiders" because that really restricts your trading/selling ability. It may just be that some on that list did not want to gamble with any possibility of a return and with it being 18 months since the signing of the deal, they bailed for a sure profit. There have been several spikes on news since the deal but this time was clearly different. As far as I know, that was the lastest registration filing.

Tigert, If you can remember, what day did you discovered the restrictions placed on buying the stock and when were those restrictions lifted? Was this during the heavy volume trading days?
