Tigert: "I told her one reason I called was because my brokerage placed a resriction on internet buys on the stock. I could still sell just not buy over the net. If I wanted to buy I had to go through my broker. When I called the brokerage and asked why, they said because of suspicous trading activity last week."

I take it that the broker was either ameritrade, scottrade, or etrade. I was not aware that they even cared what you buy. Has anyone else had the same problem with other stocks beside BOCX?

The chart that was posted earlier clearly depicts the heavy trading during the past week and the peak sure indicated heavy selling as well. You can probably find the seller/sellers among the list of investors that had stock registered and tried to sell them last year when it was withdrawn. I doubt if many on that list would be "insiders" because that really restricts your trading/selling ability. It may just be that some on that list did not want to gamble with any possibility of a return and with it being 18 months since the signing of the deal, they bailed for a sure profit. There have been several spikes on news since the deal but this time was clearly different. As far as I know, that was the lastest registration filing.
