It was last Sunday after someone else posted about trouble with his brokerage on not being able to run a buy over the net. I tried it and got the same thing. On Wednesday they lifted the restriction and everything was back to normal. T.

on 11/3/06 friday I couldn't sell or buy BOCX thru scottrader on line it said you have to call the branch office to buy or sell BOCX.I posted a message on this board that day.When I called my branch they said it was locked online because of suspicious activity.
