With all due respect, you dont know that CVM HAS to file a MANDATORY 8K for the end of the trial.

Per the author of the Zacks coverage John Vandermosten: "I'm not sure if they will announce when the trial is over. some companies do this and others wait until they have data ready to provide"

He does this for a living... and if he stated that "some companies do and others wait" tells me there is more to this process that you/we know.

Indeed, they need to 8k-file this. So, again a VERY good sign the 298th event has not occured yet.
