I dont think there is a dispute on that an 8k is needed for this. It's more when. Someone mentioned here in a shareholders meeting that Geert or a board member said one of the patients was thought to have already died then showed up at a checkup I believe was what was said.
The real question is how long can they get away with not reporting the 298th event data collection. This could take a while to verify deaths as there is no book on that(time frame for verification/data collection) or if they have an anterior motive. I was assume the cro would handle all of that though. I believe they cant wait to get the info out as soon as possible to up the awareness and buzz on Cel Sci(or make people remember according to Geert).
I think they will say something as soon as they are 100% sure that they have the 298th... I dont see many reasons other than buying a few more shares(which I dont believe any of the board members need they all have enough to be rich).
