LP don’t give inside information to any one. Proof talk to woodforddd invested $200 million in this now very tiny guy as far position. She is re-elected again no one can stop her or dcvax.

Not sure what he means by "binary events".

He means after topline announcement, which he thinks will happen within the next 4-5 months, NWBO will be binary: dead (0) or very much alive (1). The usual idea with biotechs startups

I believe by binary event he means that top line results will be revealed in a PR and will be either good or bad and the stock price will react accordingly.

As others who've responded have cited, a binary event is when something happen that represents a turning point in the direction something has been traveling.

For now, NWBO is floating around between the low $0.20s to the high $.20s... there is support - meaning we usually don't drop below those figures, but we also don't rise above it. However, when something like, for example, a top-line reading comes along, it would represent a binary event for NWBO. If it reads out as having done nothing for the patients (ain't gonna happen), we would dive down into the single digit pennies, and likely eventually go bk. If top line data shows a potential cure for 25 to 30% of the enrollees, but the separation isn't enough to be stat sig, there will could potentially be a battle for approval with the FDA, although the other RAs may be willing to overlook that. If top line shows a potential cure for 25 to 30% of enrollees, and the separation is enough to be stat sig, there will be a massive attempt to get into NWBO stock.

Those are some of the types of binary events I believe Jerry J was speaking to.

A binary outcome is a way to describe an all-or-nothing investment. Image source: Christiaan Colen. A binary outcome is a general term that implies there are only two possible outcomes to a certain situation.

Historical examples with more to come
Two types of binary events that can send shares soaring: clinical trial results and approvals by regulatory agencies.

I believe he is referring to top-line which he believes can happen in two to five months which is a rather similar though less aggressive time table than Rago's. Binary means: either the results are good or not good enough. JMHO.
