So if NWBO develops/finalizes a SAP, and they were to make public that the SAP receives approval from 4 regulatory agencies, then I think this would qualify as a “binary event”. (Otherwise, I suspect it would be “back to the drawing board” and make revisions to the SAP for re-submitted prior to any unblinding).
I imagine that an approval of the (to be submitted) SAP could bode so well for the outcome of the trial (taking into account the “good” blinded data), that this news alone would immediately boost the share price nicely.
