If you are not able to understand her letter that's your problem... I found her letter to be quite clear, straight-forward and clearly laying out all the Legal issues with sound Legal footing... Of course she needed to use her Legal Acumen and quote all the Historical Facts that have transpired in the case till now, to provide the Legal Backing for her demanding questions... Else the US Trustee nor Chad Smith nor the Crooks running 'WMILT' will never pay any attention or give any gravitas to it... I hope the US Trustee will now start inevstigating what's happening and make sure the REtail Interests are protected, in the Spirit & Intent of the POR 7 Agreements.
