I'm having a lot of trouble with the whole 'AWYB merged into a private company and now the new company is private' thing.

I don't care what some customer service person said, that ain't happening without a vote of the majority shareholders and a buyout of our shares. If AWYB shares were exchanged for HLVN shares, then HLVN is a public company.

HUMMMM I am getting a story that I can trade mine. That is consistent with the earlier not I got concerning them. I will be placing a few test buys and sells tomorrow so I know what is going on and dont have to read it from others.
