4. Joseph Scivoletto's compensation has been set at $120,000.

Unless you want us to believe he hung around for an additional 2 years with out pay.

Took no action to get that documented compensation allegedly owed, EVER.

Gladly voted for and accepted preferred shares 3 years later.

Shucks Adelstein sued for his money 7 days late, Scivelotto has yet to sue for supposedly the money owed him over the eight years now.

There can only be one reason why he has never sued HE WAS PAID.

Wrong.

I said he was not paid any compensation ... absolutely none.

If Scivoletto was not compensated for his patent that he would have been first in line to acquire IFUS's assets over Adelstein.

Since as you say Adelstein was awarded everything means Scivoletto had no claim to them, proving he was paid.
