Word on the street was that Scivoletto called MW the CEO "the sole check writer". He called MW this name "sole check writer" in what can best be described as anger, regret, and frustration. And out of all the negative things that Scivoletto could call MW, why did he chose to call him the "sole check writer"??

Scivoletto wanted to make it very clear to a large group of concerned IFUS investors that MW was the only one that could "sign checks".

Was Scivoletto compensated in any ways besides worthless IFUS restricted stock???

The company did not have any revenue in regards to paying out that "planned" 100 plus thousand salary per year in the OTC filing 9 years ago. But speaking of that old filing, a lot of IFUS shares seemed to travel to some interesting places and at interesting prices :)

Nonsense! And that isn't a lawyers view point. The patent was abandoned. None of this matters. The case is over and done with. Nothing and no one will revive it. I dare say we will soon be treated to some other off-the-wall reasoning in an effort to whip up a market into which shares can be dumped to the gullible.
