Actually Mersky did exactly what he set out to do, find a company, pump it to no end, sell billions of shares, have a product so there is a perception of legitimacy. He made his money. Just look at the attorney he chose for the company, a well known pump and dump attorney with multiple scam charges against him and money laundering all stemming from the OTC penny stock sewer. Mersky even included Zouvas as co plaintiff instead of just attorney of record in the bs lawsuit against gras. Scam artist. Google Mersky Fraud. DRNK Pump and dump, and Zouvas money laundering.
