Actually Mersky did exactly what he set out to do, find a company, pump it to no end, sell billions of shares, have a product so there is a perception of legitimacy. He made his money. Just look at the attorney he chose for the company, a well known pump and dump attorney with multiple scam charges against him and money laundering all stemming from the OTC penny stock sewer.
