You have collusion here as all the companies the doctor deals with are at the same address and he owns a part of them. Taking money from this company and using it for his other company is a no no. He had a yer to pay it back and we don't know if that was done as we don't have any filings. Here is a guy that thinks his company is his own personal bank account. Guys like that belong behind BARS.
