I think our only option to reveal the truth here is to corner the "doc" into a confession. SEC is likely the only way to go. The shareholders here have been taken advantage of. What probably happened is that the "doc" was legit at first, but as sales were not significant enough to sustain operations, so he needed to put out fluff PR's to keep shareholders interested and gain more capital until things turned around, then it became one lie after another, and now he's in over his head.
