I am going to vote no for LP.

I think that will make us the Share holders very strong.
You know why because, the single most strong Share Holder of the Company will be with us hoping for the success of the company and she will be only on our side.
So if the new leadership make mistakes we will have what ever we have plus her shares to protect us.
