The most suspect item was the handing of preferred shares to Ferris so that he could vote them in favor of the reorganization. Probably was not an entirely above board maneuver that I raised issues with IR when that occurred. Wasn't worth a shareholder derivative lawsuit, but definitely a slippery slope.
