Don't be so sure. Ferris has a record of surrounding himself with some smart people but also some really questionable people. He has also taken actions which come close to crossing the line.

(Again, this whole post is a very minor point, almost not worth discussing so people shouldn't blow it out of proportion.)

Think about GregginAZ who was on VirTra payroll and may still be for all we know. Think about what he was posting here and some of the things he would discuss with shareholders.

Think about Manny-the-laundry guy from FL calling me and snowing me and trying to get me to offer up my shares without telling me he was a proxy for Ferris.

Think about Judy Henry suddenly disappearing from the BOD? Maybe I missed the formal PR? Check the VirTra website.

Perhaps the whole capital raise bs should come to mind.

And dumping Hayden IR in the manner in which he did and switching IR firms every year is not exactly a warm fuzzy feeling.

In my opinion, Ferris is not above tasking a 3rd party brokerage by saying something like....."hey, buy $400k worth of VTSI stock over the next couple months BUT get the lowest price for it you possibly can....and don't tell me the details." Would this be Ferris breaking a law? No. Would it be more wrong than right? Probably. Crossing a line? who knows

WHERE IS A PR WITH UPDATE FROM THE COMPANY? Every shareholder should feel pithed on at this point.
