Yep ! That is not outweighed by the benefits of selling the sludge plant for 4.3 million and maybe putting some of the laid off stakeholders back to work .

There is no document that states the shares will be cancelled. One of two things will happen:

1. Shares will be cancelled by FINRA at some point when the proceeds (ie sludge sold, receivables collected etc) are fully distributed to the secured creditors and FINRA is so advised.

2. Shares will not be cancelled and ticker will be a zombie ticker trading on pumps & dumps orchestrated by some chat room groups (ie like the ones with the secret DD) with no substance to support the moves all the while "True Longs" are dreaming about some fantasy 338 or other restructuring that has no basis in fact.
