I haven't found anything that concludes shares will be cancelled. The following from the ch 15 docs indicates it is in the best interests of the Debtor(BIOA), it's creditors(all-no distinction made) and other parties in interest(shareholders have an interest) in this chapter 15 case. In addition it will not cause any hardship to any party in interest that is not outweighed by the benefits of granting that relief. If shares were getting cancelled that language would be very different.
