The document states there would be no hardships to parties of all interests..The 2 scenarios you presented would represent hardship from the proposal..it’s there in black in white..( cut n dried ). Maybe Broken Clock can repost it..So I can reread it..I”ll wear my glasses this time.

Scenario 2 would require the $50M debt to remain outstanding. Ain't happening, the remaining debt will be discharged with the equity.
