May be WORTH NOTING this to pay what is called a "SUCCESS FEE"
Meaning NAK only became liable to pay the FEE to the LAWYERS on their winning the case AGAINST the EPA.

SUED THE EPA AND "WON" - Not easy to do I would think

Alvie or someone on the Board. If discussions of Partnering or BuyOut is underway as some have mentioned on this Board, why is Nak issuing Special Warrants???????????
