One would have to have access to whatever payment agreement they have with that LAW FIRM to answer. Could have been set up last year or this year. Keeping the CASH they have for as long as they can TOO could contributing factor. ALWAYS BE PREPARED and in the strongest position possible
Read the warrant pr. Legal fees to due for epa settled court case. Look at this way. If they need the money then why not do a much larger warrant? Unless they are about to partner up.
