Becoz they are a Diluting SCAM machine, This POS was an empty shell back in 2015 when they took over!!!!! :-( $2.15 PT it cant even Break above .055 LOL what a Joke!
I am observing the same. Hopefully shmp is in the process of cleaning up their balance sheet so any partner or angel investors will not have to inherit or be responsible for any of the toxic loans. A healthy balance sheet will put shmp in a favorable negotiation position. The harvest is yet to be a done deal as far as tonnage and mortality figures.
