Here's what I'd like to know (and I am not bashing as already holding a rather large bag on this dubious company), but if this tech is so marketable and the potential income streams deriving from it, so huge and bountiful, why are they STILL struggling to raise finance and needing to resort back to the EFA with GSH? Surely VC's and Business Angels would be queing up to get in on this disruptive technology if it were THAT good. What am I missing here and why if this process is so good and clean, I am still smelling something very fishy?
