Your statement makes no sense in the context of what he said.
I took his statement to mean they believe when they have fully integrated Technicolor they will be earning significantly more, and the share price will be higher than it is now, creating significant shareholder value. IMO
I don't think they are counting chickens before they hatch, I think they believe they have some very valuable eggs and if they take good care of them they will hatch into shitload of valuable chickens.
When it comes down to it it is their decision to make not yours. The decision you do get to make is whether to stay invested in the company or not. If you don't believe in what they are doing, invest elsewhere.
