Bill Merritt said the increase in the buyback was because they are really really bullish that the combination with Technicolor assets acquired will drive a significant increase in value as they integrate it

doesn't turn out to be another 'engine and transmission, calculator with a lot of zero's, or revenues will be $800M in 5 years, then adjusted to $600 in 5 years, and then adjusted to $400M in 5 years comments which we know did not turn out the way he expected.

IF what is said is true, then why not declare a special dividend of $3 or $4 or $5 NOW since someone is counting their chickens before they are hatched !


OR will this deal turn out like the deal that we just wrote off $8 million in the prior quarter without identifying who the company was!
