Why didn't you bring up the issue of non-registered shares many of us are stuck with because they aren't tradable? And whatever happened to those warrants?
These are enormously burdensome for USEI as I'm sure you know. Talk about an "overhang!" Nothing could be more damaging with regard to company image. It's too difficult for me to even allow that USEI might actually be transforming itself into a credible business because of Tony's handling of free shares and warrants---both of which have been ruses designed to bring in faith and cash for Tony. What has the shareholder gotten?
And then there's the oil extraction machine---He speaks to $190K but that's about double the amount listed in the annual report as having been paid.
Hmmmm...these are difficult items for me to dismiss. Are they not for you as well?
