Crowdfund all you want and collect as much as you want, it will be a failed endeavour and all you will be doing is getting your money back or will never even get started because of the lack of interest or what may actually be something they chose not to divulge to the public and a reason this went to the grey zone . I am by no means saying that is the case, however when a stock goes grey, it is always a concern and everything needs to be considered.
