Did you take the time and see if they really want to be current ? Who is actually driving this uoip boat today ? Who is the uoip ceo or president or COB or even receptionist . What is the UOIP business address ?

Crowdfund all you want and collect as much as you want, it will be a failed endeavour and all you will be doing is getting your money back or will never even get started because of the lack of interest or what may actually be something they chose not to divulge to the public and a reason this went to the grey zone . I am by no means saying that is the case, however when a stock goes grey, it is always a concern and everything needs to be considered.
