The company is not being transparent at all but, to give them the benefit of the doubt, there is probably something in the works, considering Lawrence has loaded boats like crazy, and they cannot divulge what it is.
On the other hand, if Lawrence has bought all his shares based on something that only insiders know, this would be illegal (insider trading).
In the end, it's six of one and half a dozen of another.
Minivest didn't raise near that amount. Larry finally answered me in August on this question:
"The public sales of the stock off mini-vest were minimal, under 10K and the bulk of the sales were through a fund in NY. The use of funds were to cover the initial ICO costs and cover some working capital."
