We can disagree. Woodford would not have poured millions without confidence that it would lead to take over by someone. You always as a shareholder lose out on such deals. Your max. Value is realized organically. There is nothing for LP to worry about infrastructure. Main thing here is manufacturing which is dialed in. All they need is to hire seasoned folks to run the company. It's not hard. You hire subject matter expert from the industry and go about it. Have seen this before.
I have no idea what LP’s plans are and I’m not sure how anybody else does either. Pure speculation.
However, I do know that I lack confidence in the current regime to commercialize DCVAX efficiently and expediently. In fact, the thought of them building up all the necessary human infrastructure gives me the shakes.
