Cognate is expanding their pool of employees rapidly. NWBO not so much. The tumor gets sent to the DCVax-L manufacturer (ie Cognate) where it is processed into L vaccines which are returned to the hospital and the Dr. in charge. NWBO takes orders and sends them to the manufacturer then takes payments and distributes some of the proceeds to the contract manufacturer and any related contracted parties as is the case in Germany. Seems to me that NWBO's part of the business for GBM patients won't be too overwhelming and if NWBO goes with licensing agreements, they won't even need to do any of this as they just take the up front cash and ongoing royalties and let everyone else worry about the rest.
