LOL best post of the year. I love it. You are correct. MMEX was always a scam. I flipped this earlier this year and made great money. Now it's worth zero.

Shut what down? The oil refinery project? Hurd won't do that because he understands how important it is for the economic vitality of his district. Its needed. This is proven by the fact that MMEX has an off-take agreement. And, as production increases over the next few years the MMEX refinery will be needed even more. Have you heard about the green technology that will be used to power the refinery? Apparently this information is quite "out there." Award winningly "out there."
