More clueless, unsubstantiated opinion from the MMEX STRONG...

MMEX's "off-take agreement" can't be verified, and it is nonsensical. PT has no use for straight-run diesel - no one but another refiner would have use for it. In order for PT to use straight-run diesel (AGO), which contains sulphur above 3ppm, it would have to obtain separate tankers, segregated storage, and segregated load/off-load systems due to sulphur contamination - ULSD can't be mixed with straight-run diesel.

Further, there is no customer that could make use of it, other than in the highly limited, and declining HOBM application. Please provide substantive references for any "off-take agreement" that can be validated - you'll find there are none. MMEX can't actually produce anything, so why would a legitimate company form an agreement with a share-selling scam, with no business operations?

MMEX's proposed Phase I tiny teapot topping unit, with a name-plate rating of 10K BPD is insignificant, in terms of crude takeaway, jobs, and everything else. Anyone with more than two neurons to rub together can decipher that such a unit would never operate at break-even, let alone generate a profit.

Clearly, you have no idea about refinery technology - again, produce a substantive, verifiable reference as to what MMEX is planning - the TCEQ application document shows no such "green technology."

Self-generated, self-referential, and empty PR from MMEX don't count - those are worth less than the paper they might be printed on.

MMEX has won no "award." Conflating Bubble's participation trophy with anything material is beyond the pale. What utter garbage. Only in OTC fantasy land would anyone prop up a failing share-selling scheme by conflating a PR firm's crapola "award" with an actual accomplishment. Amateur hour continues...

Shut what down? The oil refinery project? Hurd won't do that because he understands how important it is for the economic vitality of his district. Its needed. This is proven by the fact that MMEX has an off-take agreement. And, as production increases over the next few years the MMEX refinery will be needed even more. Have you heard about the green technology that will be used to power the refinery? Apparently this information is quite "out there." Award winningly "out there."
