SPCL SCAM was exposed and posted about here the last 2 years. Don't get your hopes up.
No lawyer is going to work for free to go after a no asset dead scam.

Was wondering the same thing. I'd have to go back and look, but I recall the company/companies actually touting the merger was done or a TOU was signed or something. If that was said and not done, that was misleading investors.

Meh. Maybe still some hope, though, with the private company thing. Imma gonna talk with my broker's corporate action team Monday and see what the goings ons look like on their end.

Contacting the SEC with proof of fraudulent activity regarding the individual/individuals in this scam would probably be the only way to get a pound of flesh. Creditors have first choice in picking the SPCL bones clean first so Im afraid any shareholders that bought into the horseshit here are now left holding the bag.

You may also want to note that Klownmans other ticker IDDR isnt doing much better. The PPS is at 0.0001 and they are behind in their SEC financials as well. That will be the next one on the SEC suspension hammer list.
