Was wondering the same thing. I'd have to go back and look, but I recall the company/companies actually touting the merger was done or a TOU was signed or something. If that was said and not done, that was misleading investors.

Meh. Maybe still some hope, though, with the private company thing. Imma gonna talk with my broker's corporate action team Monday and see what the goings ons look like on their end.
