Someone asked "BIEL" after the filing how long they thought it would take for clearance (because people here unfamiliar w/process were insisting 7-30 days was possible and likely... LOL to that).

That someone said BIEL management said they expected "3 months".

Same person should go back, reply to that reply, and ask for status update.

AFAIK, "BIEL" is not buying its stock. We are.
