Regardless, BIEL must update shareholders on the FDA status. It will be over 100 FDA days next week and BIEL will get a letter explaining the delays, unless they had additional questions that stopped the clock again before reaching the 100 FDA days. Either way, Biel owes shareholders an update but the easiest would be if we get an approval letter and get done with this.
