So is this a going private process or are we trading up ?

Basically we are in for a dollar a share. If this is the beginning of a battery revolution I am okay as we are in at the ground floor.

Hopefully they are as thin as the math works out. In the past they have done reverse splits followed by forward splits so we may not be entirely done.

I am just somewhat glad this isn't completely dead.
