The way I read it
“Shareholders holding more than 2,000,000 pre-split will receive 500 shares of Class A Common Stock for every 1 post split share”.

So if you have 10,000,000 pre split you get 5 times 500 or 2500?

I have no idea... i did not see the 2mil to 1 share R/S.. I thought maybe 2000 max.. my guess is they will issue a new set of common shares.

How will the Class A common shares be traded in the open market?
