9/4/2018 to 11/2/2018

Between 9/4 and 11/22 1.36 billion shares traded. The increase in the unrestricted shares during this period went up by 610 million shares. If we assume that all the increase in the urestricted shares went into the float, the the amount of dilution during that period is 45%, at a 50 percent discounted price of about $764,000.

Below is the OTC information on 9/4/2018

"Potential" share conversion means it may not occur. Share increase a good sign. Means they're still in business and ramping up production. Great work.

Breaking News: Recalculation of SEC Division/Biel Signed Settlement Submittal Date as Required by Law:

The judge issued a stay order on September 14, 2018

Biel was required to submit a signed settlement to division in 15 business days and that will put it on October 5

Division must submit to the judge an agreed upon signed settlement in 20 business days, with one day as a holiday. That makes it November 5, 2018

The SEC division must have submitted a signed settlement to the Judge on Monday, November 5, 2018, since the judge already denied the extension on October 22nd, citing lack of authority to do so.

In summary, SEC Division must have already submitted the agreed upon signed settlement to judge, and now waiting for judge and SEC commission approval to end the case in settlement. Otherwise, here what will happen according to the judge, and I quote:

If the parties renew their motion, they must explain the authority to
grant their request. Alternatively, if the stay lapses, I ORDER the parties to
submit a joint proposal addressing the conduct of further proceedings by
November 26, 2018. The parties’ proposal should reflect any agreement
regarding service of the order instituting proceedings and address the
2
numbered items referenced in 17 C.F.R. § 201.221(c). If the parties are
unable to agree, they may submit separate proposals.
