11/2/18 OS: 20,502,131,150, up 1,166M since June 30

Bioelectronic's transfer agent, Action Stock Transfer Corp, recently updated BIEL's's OS (Outstanding Share) count at OTCMarkets, and as of November 2, 2018, it is now 20,502,131,150 shares. That's a 1,166M (6.0%) increase since the company reported 19.3B shares at the end of June in the 2Q/18 filing.

In the four weeks since BIEL's TA reported that there were 20.125B shares as of Oct 11, the company has added 377M shares to the OS.

Looks like they're putting that June, 2018 Authorized Share increase to 25B to good use.

At least there are "only" 19.8B unrestricted shares.

Finally, once IBEX and Related Party potential share conversion is added, the total converted OS is at least 59B, and should hit 60B when BIEL next reports.
