Here are the numbers I pulled off the FOURIER results (tx, placebo)...

Pretty sure that adds to 4266

You may of course be right about the ratio not being as high as 180%. But even if I leave it where it was in FOURIER, the other factor takes us up to around 30% RRR.

Which would still be crazy glorious.
