If everyone “knows” the fda will approve the full body use...

Isn’t that priced in to the pps right now?

Why would we expect the pps to increase if everyone knows we will get another fda approval?

You got it. FDA delay set us back YEARS. Think about it. If FDA cleared in the U. S. five years ago, we would be millions of dollars ahead because of sales and money saved from all these additional studies. Al the additional dilution would have most likely been unnecessary and the share price would be nowhere near where it is currently. You want to get the word out. Tell your friends. Tell your family. Post on Facebook. They're doing their best with the resources currently available. Most are happy with the direction.

>>>The Market seems to be taking a stand back approach, waiting for real signs of change. They know our potential. we've always had that potential. They want to know what we are going to do with it.<<<

I totally agree with this. Penny stocks need results eventually. They cannot depend on potential forever, as so many investors are leery of penny stocks. They will invest, give it a while, then if seeing and waiting too long, they will bail. That's why we saw the nice rise after 2 clearances and now the downturn while 'waiting' on next news. I am sure some here are successfully playing that strategy while others are not due to the fear of being 'out' when the biggest news in the history of this company is expected to be announced shortly. I am in that second scenario.

I disagree, the market operates on future projections of earnings and revenue. It is forward leaning, while the current quarter is obviously taken into account the future projections are always paramount relative to
pps. How do you explain the tech stocks ? The market doesn't care what a company did 2 quarters ago,
it cares about what it will 2 quarters from now.
What we are seeing now in regards to pps is a result of being a subpenny stock and the manipulation
inherent to the OTC. This will change once we uplist, which in my opinion will be soon.

People please stop blaming the FDA, MMs, heck, let's include the man in the Moon, if that will make you feel better. The reality is the buck stops with BIEL's CEO and overall top management. That's it! Ok, let's consider that the FDA is the stick-in the-mud (i.e., the prime obstacle), in regards to BIEL not getting it's deserved position in the U.S. medical device market. Well, IMO, one should attack that situation by putting the FDA on the defensive. Yes, put the FDA on "blast", as some might say. Get the word out that the FDA is denying the American public serious medical treatment. That's what this comes down to, precluding applied medical care for people who sincerely need it. That's just one line of strategy to employ to confront this situation. To be sure, there are other methods to consider. My Goodness! If BIEL's management can't figure this out, then they need to pack-up and go home, so to speak. This is ridiculous folks!!
