Not an excuse at all. If the float is rising then we know that is the case. It's really simple actually. Why do traders flip....its to make a buck. These PPs may just be taking profit. Simple as that. They know nothing more than you or I.

Some longs will save profits from buying the first hour a year ago,when this drops lower this weeks...I do not want to talk about panic selling but when MM shake the tree,many stoploss will falling and they 20s will coming fast,with this selling volume everyday.
