Not an excuse at all. If the float is rising then we know that is the case. It's really simple actually. Why do traders flip....its to make a buck. These PPs may just be taking profit. Simple as that. They know nothing more than you or I.

We will find out soon enough why the silence...I'm confident we will all be happy as to why.
