Great Post DoniBoy. This is exactly what I am saying. Why outright call someone a fraud and say it as a fact when it hasn't been proven? Atleast be fair to the man and give him a chance to show to the court his side of things. If this is a scam, and proven so in the court I will be the first one to call Harris a conman, scammer, thief, forger, and fraud, however IMO he is none of these things, and should not be called one until its proven.

I'd rather keep my mouth shut, and wait for the court to make a decision rather then jumping to conclusions and calling a possibly innocent man trying his best to help shareholders, a fraud. What harm does it do in waiting? Some of you on the otherhand have no problem jumping to conclusions and skipping over the court to slander this guy and his family, which is not right. IMO. The facts are, no matter how this turns out, noone can buy or sell shares so there is no reason not to wait and give him the benefit of the doubt.

He's at least been by Rufus's place on Cleer Creek Road and to CSHD's global headquarters in Kennessaw. I think he mentioned something about a big trash container outside his house, with lots of trash blowing around (possibly CSHD certs) and that Rufus left his poor dog outside during a storm. Have you been to these places to check it out? Or are you just happy in Temple Rufus, where the supreme leader feeds you your daily dose of koolaid via SPR and HSM message board posts?
